Y3W: Emma's Getting Big!

Dear Emma,

On Monday (9/5/11) you turned 16 months old.  You are such a funny girl and love to make silly faces, play with Aiden, and squeal like crazy.  You are also still into dancing and bust a move when a song you like comes on, like the new Britney Spears CD. :-) Your new favorite thing to do is climb up in the dining room chairs. They are the higher ones so you can't get down once you're there, but that doesn't stop you! You are becoming such a girly girl! You love to carry purses around, wear necklaces and bracelets, and think very highly of yourself when we make a fuss over you in a pretty dress and hair doodie! That makes my heart smile!  You've learned two signs (more & please).  I think you're a genius! I think that you're going to be quite the handful as you get older because already you like to do things you know you're not supposed to and just give us a look like What?!? Are you going to come stop me?? And don't forget how you yell "mine" at us every time you have something and we take it away or if someone has it and you want it! {Thanks Ava! ;-)} I love you big girl! Here's a look at how much you've grown! (I now wish that I had taken her picture in the same spot every month so you could see her growth from that angle, but I didn't.)

And yes, it seems like you've grown up just as fast as you could scroll through those pictures!

{I hope to get this done for Aiden too, but not all of his pictures are on this laptop so I'll just have to wait to scan them in to show his progression.}
